Was speed eating like a snortling pig, inhaled a small particle of Parmesan cheese while eating spaghetti and meatballs. Fortunately missed the airway easily (didn't inhale too hard) but it planted itself on an area that has no muscle or saliva activity behind the tonsil and it's irking the heck out of me.
Gonna have to hit a peroxide gurgle. May try alcohol first to spare myself the rape of peroxide.
