Manasong is not meant to show up as a buff in the buff window.
The change in the message for the dispell song was definitely intentional (you can see that here:

As for KLL, it's a pbae now, so... not sure what your issue is.
Pretty sure Johnathan's Provocation isn't self only anymore, meaning the colour would be different, but I don't know about that.
As for your other issues, I don't know if there's a bug or not.
