Swish is similar to those raving religious zealots who can't help but relate everything in real life to a story, character, or situation from their holy book/scriptures. The difference is, Swish worships cats, so naturally he thinks in terms of cats.
By definition a "fat cat" is a derogatory term used to describe a large, lazy, gluttonous feline that refuses to share with his pride and instead tries to eat everything so the majority of the food is his regardless how much other members of the cat pride may be starving.
By calling people "fat cats", Swish is using this metaphor to describe how the greedy platinum farmers and pixel collectors behave regarding the p99 economy and other members of the community.
What Swish is saying is, The fat cat of the wild is similar to the "fat cat" player in EC.
