He has also openly said that states should look at colorado's failure and to not openly legalize weed, which has had a massive detrimental effect on the state.

Massachusetts just passed recreational legalization, along with 100% legitimate medical (previous medical was not actually medical)
Dispensary licensing similar to Colorado.
