Cultivating marijuana is federally illegal, i have commercial accounts that spend untold amounts of money for sealed warehouse based grows that recycle water, and air.
Corporate backed projects that dont even use process cooling AC Systems to cool their grows. Real grows use chillers on the roof and they pump cool water through radiators and precool their grow lights, commercial dehumidifiers remove the excess water from transpiration and pump it back into the main systems.
Guess what happens when they harvest?
Dispensaries grow their own supplies, no successful dispensary buys pot.
The value of pot in colorado is shit, i can get great stuff for less then $100 and oz here in FLORIDA, what you think its worth there?
so they process it into oil or shatter and try to ship it out.
Dispensaries still being raided for criminal activity daily, shipments seized daily, people arrested daily, the dream of big corporate profit off pot is still out of reach.
Your version of "Legal" Is a recreational decriminilization. That does not mean its legal.
it just means they stopped busting people for buying and selling small amounts and using it.
You also still cant bank your pot money.
PS. DA and chief prosecutor in colorado has submitted enough evidence and is pushing to make pot illegal again.
He has also openly said that states should look at colorado's failure and to not openly legalize weed, which has had a massive detrimental effect on the state.
