6/12/12 - TMO Plane of Sky Griefing
This resulted in the TMO two week suspension after Sentenza kited Sky bosses to prevent BDA from killing them, and also to ensure TMO had Sirran to charm for the Efreetis and Eye.

6/26/12 - Dolic ninjalooting verix VP piece
Result was our guy got his VP piece, no idea what happened to Dolic for the infraction

8/12/12 - Venril Sathir FTE
We got FTE but no XP, had to move the loot over to us

10/21/12 - TMO training in Hate
This was back when you could straight sock. We were setup outside Inny's room, TMO decided to setup inside, then proceeded to "pull" through the BDA camp. Nothing was done, we were told we should have moved.

6/6/13 - Hate pathing exploit
We were trying to AE the zone and found a pathing exploit by standing on a particular rooftop, Nilbog fixed it super quick

7/27/13 - Fay FTE
This was just after FTE messages were added. We zoned into TD to see a lot of dead / rezzing Taken. We sent out our FTErs to find Fay, our ranger shoots one arrow and Fay is on him. We eventually kill Fay. GM shows up and gives the loot to taken. Apparently Eratani was kiting Fay the entire time from the wipe and we should have never pulled off him even though you can't kite and they were dead. Based on encounter logs he had been kiting for like 10 minutes or something. Zade ruled that ONLY FTE MATTERS NO MATTER WHAT (except for FE and cazic thules or something)

2/5/14 - FE had too many trackers at Vox
No punishment or mob concession of any kind

5/26/14 - someone ninja looted the Verona Tomb piece
It was eventually moved to our guy, pretty sure this was a funny thread

11/18/14 - got some accounts unsuspended after Culprit had access to them
Fucking culprit

4/10/15 - VP key MQ gone bad
Eunomia told me to go kick rocks as they do not support MQ errors

3/14/15 - Dolj blatantly training in Hate
Like super blatant, lots of fraps. Gingerz was DTed and suspended I believe

5/23/15 - Taken kiting Draco during a CT kill for like 4 minutes
Nothing done, Taken was told not to do that anymore

10/19/15 - Illegal statue kill
Divinity got FTE, Rampage killed, I don't think there was any real resolution

11/11/15 - Lodi KS by Clue
Our FTE and Clue KSed, loot reimbursed

12/6/15 - laundry list of ToV infractions by Rampage
Nothing done, ruling based on each wing is its own area. Only Rampage and Aftermath (or whatever Detoxx's guild at the time) knew based on a Skype convo that only those guilds were present for

12/27/15 - trained at ToV
This was when we cleared the first cubbies, pulled Ikatiar, then mid fight got raped by triplets and some other things, thanks aftermath. This was one of aftermath's "volume of offenses" infractions

12/30/15 - Awakened Draco stall
They stall tanked Draco for about 10 minutes while they downed all their adds, I think they lost a Draco attempt or two for it. I even tried to tell Eratani, he wouldn't listen

1/19/16 - trained in VP
Trash train dropped on us by Aftermath racing for PD, Sirken says they are likely guilty but the fraps weren't conclusive enough

1/26/16 - trained in VP
Aftermath was willing to hoshkar and their guys trying to camp out dragged him on us, the logs of Aftermath saying we kited hoshkar is also funny, another "volume of offenses" infraction

I think at this point Anichek and the other officers said I couldn't petition anymore. There's plenty of other petitions that went through numerous different BDA officers. Not listed is the Dinacarl train which Derubael swept under the rug.

I honestly didn't expect a legitimate response to my post. Now that I see this, I don't think there really is a point to it all. Looks like as we already knew, GM abilities are either biased (tin foil hat much) or just pure laziness coupled with inconsistencies.
