Head to Kithicor and farm some Shralok Packs. Placeholder is a giant spider level 7-9 and Recfec Shralok is a level 11 shaman that always drops the pack. Spawn % at this location seems much higher than the one in Highpass and is lower level.

JUst watch out for Kith during the night because that is when all the fun starts...
