Fucking love being able to grow but in florida you cant grow most of the year.

make sure you are conscious of b12/b6 levels if you're doing low carb.
strawberries, blueberries etc are also acceptable carbs.
organ meat & shellfish is great too, very under-valued in modern diets where we only eat muscle meat.
canned salmon is gr8, i found i was eating tuna too much (mercury) when i was doing these kinds of diets.
cook with lots of oils. load your salads up with oil. mmm oil. avocado macadamia nut and coconut oil are the staples.
nuts r good
for lazy people who don't like cooking... salads w/ protein, crockpot, and stir fry are great ways to get veggies + protein + b6+b12 in your diet that are either quick or easy.
don't go too hard on the cardio or you'll start getting runners face & vericose veins n shit. and be low energy all the time. find that sweet spot.
