Merge it into blue EXCEPT for the accounts that had any kind of RMT / cheating / etc history, even remotely. Merge these toons, just stripped

For example, any account that had been logged into from any IP / MAC that has been in any way associated with Sektor, Sickpuppy, Cyren, Vapo, *, should only be merged into blue after full stripping of all droppables and valuable nodrops such as epic MQ bits and whatnot.
