I was listening to some of the Terran SC2 music the other day and felt a bit disappointed. It's not bad, but they made it too "westerny" with the violins and it sounds too subtle/low-key compared to the original. Also, the
title screen music is too... orchestrated? It sounds way too much like the kind of music they made for WoW login screens (gregorian chanting at 4:33 ffs).
Blizzard just sucks at maintaining the "feel" of their games throughout a series' sequels, I guess.
