I tested lower level spells and they are the same.
Clinging Darkness Lvl 4 spell-50% Resists
Spook the Dead Lvl 12 spell-50% Resists this spell was even worst as it only lasted for like 5 seconds and was the reason I died.
Vamp curse-still good.
