square helm is much easier considering hammerhead helm is from a 6 hour respawn mob that may or may not spawn the rare version, also dropping the said rare drop helm....so 1 chance every 6 hours mob spawns, then another rare chance it drops the helm instead of common item(sharkbone warhammer)... only reason these cost so little is they been around since release
