Trying to do some therapeutic psychedelics with my gf. Took a very small acid dose (1/3 a normal tab) and a avg dose of MDMA.

I was physically ill the whole time. Lots of grappling with shadow states. I projected my own addiction problems onto a couple of my roommates as though they were vampires luring me into a trap. Psychic vampires draining my spiritual energy.

Everyone involved had an awful time.

I do not recommend this combo.
