OH MY GOD IT'S FINALLY OVER
He spawned at 4am game time, so I unfortunately can't confirm that he's not a night spawn. If someone could confirm that that they saw him spawn in the daytime, with your own eyes, that would be great. This mob is bad enough that it would be nice to have a definitive information source for him.
(And this is about the undead Grimrot, by the way, in case that wasn't clear. I saw the live Grimrot 8 times throughout the camp. I'd edit the post but you can't edit posts here.)
