Next summer throw some coffee concentrate into a blender with choco whey, a cup of milk, and some ice. Simple but the coffee is an orgasmic way to enjoy choco whey after a workout when it's hot out. If you'e fat, throw some peanut butter and a scoop of ice cream in there too.
