Get rezzed, cannibalize once or twice, cast rage, regen to ~80%hp (or until you get C) and then start cannibalizing.

Maybe I did something wrong or wasn't paying attention or something weird...but I could have sworn Rage faded once I ran out of mana, making it useless for post-rez regen. I'll have to test again at home unless someone can confirm on way or the other...
