I am not defining whether something is a kite or stall being based on whether the competition is ready, not in the slightest. Rules should not be broken period, there is some wiggle room people like to use if mobs are 'uncontested' but in general I fully agree that rules are to be followed regardless what other guilds are doing.

The issue is anyone can define the spirit of the rules how
they see it and this is why I have always advocated for clearer, more defined Stall/kiting rules as evidenced from the posts Awakened officers made during the time of the Nerd Summit.
