Quite honestly, people don't have incentive or free time to lay this out for you. Unless you make your question more specific, you're asking someone to provide a comprehensive list of mobs which are and are not available which pertain to your class' epic quest. Next, you're asking them to provide a comprehensive list to show you whether they drop the item pertaining to the epic quest, and if not - when.

You're basically asking someone to do all your research for you.

Here's a suggestion, if you haven't already - for the class for which you wish to earn the epic quest item, make a list of "to do," and go through them, step by step, on your own, and figure out if they will be available at kunark launch (test server) or if they are already available.
