Ah, that's just people finding a way to glitch the naming system, such as inputting a weird ascii symbol that can't be displayed in the nameplate which registers as a space instead. Hence the second word being lowercase - the nameplate thinks it's still one string of letters. Although, GMs will usually capitalize certain letters in your surname for you, but they won't add spaces or any special symbols like that. I'm sure if you ask a GM to give you a capitalized letter in your surname after glitching out the nameplate, they'd get rid of the blank ascii symbol you inputted first.
