Default Blue Orc Head
I don't think the item "Blue Orc Head" drops from The Prophet in Crushbone. I've killed him 7 times and he hasn't dropped either item on his loot list. Is it possible his drops got messed up at some point?

Edit: NM, the book dropped on the 8th kill. So perhaps the wiki is just misleading about the rarity of his drops.
