I have had several items reimbursed - i gave my Seb key to Siren in Sky one time while I was drinking and raiding (thought it was one of the key idols), and when i first started I deleted my Wu Staff on accident because I thought it was a cracked staff and I needed bag room.
Took about 2 weeks on each petition but I got my items back. SirKen will teliport your charcter to Freeport and log into your account and summon the item, but first the petition has to be approved - you can check the status on the forums but dont bump it
