Agatha has an issue with not getting special treatment in return for his high playtime. Once he gets insecure about this he will undermine officers, justify stealing, trash talk the leadership, etc. Guilds that are not on top always have cracks and people start to believe it, hurting the guild, or the guild is a well oiled machine and officers don't have to put up with it even if his actions have no chance of turning guild members against the leadership.
Isolated groups are not a problem.
