Spirocs do not start KoS in TD. IIRC they are either indiff or apprehensive.

Oowomp is not on Venril Sathir faction.

Fixed, he's now indifferent.

Oowomp did assist the other ogres but they didn't assist him iirc.

Most importantly these mobs are missing:

Capt. Crag was Level 30ish (Blue @ 37/Lblue @ 42)
Squally was level 24-25 (LBlue at 37)
First Mate Morgan was level 24-25 (LBlue at 37)
Chartsman Tallbones was level 24-25 (LBlue at 37)

They were removed shortly after Kunark launched but dropped some kick ass shit.
