Its no longer about discrimination. They need a helping hand, guidance if you will.
Discrimination died sometime this decade. It may exist in ownership (older boomer generation+) but those owners will soon die off and then institutional racism should be dead with it.
Oprah may then be allowed to purchase the TV channel that she wanted (MAJOR case of racism).
