Always heard it's only one ring, you could test it by putting 2 hp rings on a decaying skeleton and breaking charm and melee'ing it, see how many hp it has

A bug I've ran into with -MR gear/weapons: Charmed pets under the "Boon of the Garou" buff will sometimes eat weapons/equipment if given while under werewolf illusion. Make sure you give to them in their natural state.
