confirming that 5am PH isn't spawning 100% of the time. 10am pops, and even the 7-8pm pop seems to be spotty. had a PH pop at 10pm instead of 7-8 earlier.
plz fix. raster is boring T.T and I've been here for i can't count how long anymore T.T
