want to play Proj1999 but my old everquest disc is not titanium edition.

If you really don't want to download it for some reason, then you will need to pay 1000x what the disc is worth to some re-seller online and hope they ship it. Or you could search all of the used book/video game stores in the EU and possibly get lucky.
Think deep and ask if the 10,000+ players that have played here over the years all bought physical discs at $200 each to some re-seller.
Most people get it down by the Buckaneer's Harbor without issue. If you know someone that already plays here, just have them copy the folder to a flash drive and drag/drop it to your computer and recreate the shortcut.
