Not getting info from anywhere, I just don't buy into the health food bullshit. Its the epitome of shady dealing because its largely selling mystery products that may or may not have a measured effect on you. Hence the reason that the bottle I posted a pic of does not have a daily recommended value. Its spotty science, like health food has always been, trending in and out of popularity just like all food does (fat is good fat is bad, salt is good salt is bad, this sugar no that sugar, eggs bad eggs good, this meat no that meat no no - no meat at all, etc etc etc ad infinitum).
Its all a load of horse shit and the people that eat it up the most are conservatives/Christians, AJ's primary audience.
And yet I still think he is entertaining and often informative. I just don't buy what he is literally selling.

With all of the GMO food now, we could probably use such supplements. I'm pro vitamin, though not a vitamin nut. You know the govt has been trying to ban all vitamins, which is reason enough to embrace vitamins and supplements. But anyway, a lot of our modern medicine comes from this old stuff, often modified versions of it. Plenty of modern medicine is way more cooky than some old traditional stuff. I'm mostly into detoxins though, then just eat right and try to avoid most engineered food.
but bottom line, he's gotta sell something to keep it all going. This isn't all he sells, he sells made in USA clothing as well etc. These guys attack him like a broken record on his adverts, and I find it funny since I'm not into state sponsored media like they are.
