Low T is great one. You get a bunch of older guys insecure that their sex drive goes down when they age, and sell them the solution.

My therapist friend tells me she gets these older couples all the time where this is an issue. The guy decides to start taking a bunch of viagra and "low T" treatments -- and the woman just wants him to stop and fuck off.
The result is usually divorce.
