[Brambletoe]

I attacked a npc guard in the tunnels in FV leading to DL that was amiable con to me (not kos obviously) then I FDed. He stop ed attacking me and eventually walked away. After waiting a LONG time i got the 'your enemies have forgotten you message'. After this I stood back up and continued on my may towards FV from DL, i then ran past the same npc again, and he engaged me.

He didnt come after me when I stood up, but he should have gone back to amiable con and not kos and didnt. instead when i got in range he agroed me again.

I also tried the same thing with the 2 guards at the bridge to FV with similar results. However on one attempt after 2 FD in a row the guard did return to amiable. So this issue may need a little more investigation.
