I propose that p99 implement some sort of a police ride along program. In return for a donation of some fixed size, the player is scheduled a time slot to have a ride along with Uthgaard for a couple hours on a Friday or Saturday night. Essentially, the player gets to be transported to the site of disputes (and made invisible!), get filled in on the backstory, made privy to the slew of angry tells and petitions, and observe the judgement or punishment that gets rendered. I feel like the entertainment value of this would be worth every penny.
