It's just the zone files. If you installed Titanium correctly you should have them. If you downloaded a "lite" client like uthgaard suggested you may have a problem. If you downloaded the textures update for classic zones, and you messed up at some point (like, for example, not backing up your old map files), that may also be the problem. Is the file for the zone you're trying to port to actually there? Give examples of zones you're trying to port to. If you're trying to port to Trakanon's Teeth, maybe check if the files "trakanon_chr.s3d", "trakanon_obj.s3d", and "trakanon.s3d". That's a start.
