Farm bonechips till your eyes bleed in kurns. Even on red you'll find someone in ooc that'll buy them. For anyone by qeynos id say rabid bears and wolves in wk. I lvled to the low 20 just on the xp and made a couple k just in the 5 or so plat u get per turn in. I killed hundreds of them.
