Best end-game idea is release Luclin and then Planes of Power.
If those are too large of undertakings, release just Vex Thal. Have the portal to VT be in Vulak's room and it only appears when NToV is cleared of names and the Vulak drakes are dead.
Would be some good shit raiding VT with Velious mechanics and gear and no AAs
