I would fear more tagger running low life and pull the train off the bard than having the bard summoned.
Bard will most likely have minimal agro on the train, so when mob reaches 96% HP, a lot more people will be higher than the bard on the agro list and subject to summoning before bard does.

Ah, so the bard just has to watch his aggro and not spam snare too often?
I suppose the tagged mob could be pulled out the back of the kite with sneak to ensure he doesn't low hp aggro the kite?
