I find both to be a bit top-heavy. They also don't seem very light on their feet. I don't really find myself liking the hip-to-ribcage ratio. Even Iksar deserve space for their internal organs, yeah?
I think the changes I'd make (to the newest one) are the following:
* reduce muscle-mass in the upper arm/trapezius area
* add more mass to the lower trunk - not more muscle, just more mass to account for internal organs and skeletal structure
* reduce the angle of the neck so the model is not hunched over so much
* I can't see the base of the tail from this angle, but I'm hoping it's a bit thinner than the old model
* The thumbs seem overly human compared to the other fingers
* He needs 4 toes!

I don't know anything about Zbrush but technically it looks fine to me aside from some seams and bumpiness I'm sure you'll fix later. Despite the number of critiques I'm making here, there is a lot you are doing right with the model
