If your looking between the SCHW or FBSS its kind of a toss up. I would say if you are tanking the majority of the time go for the FBSS as you can obtain Kobold Bone Gauntlets for pretty cheap which are great AC and have str and hps. If you typically are only doing DPS you could get the SCHW for the 1% extra haste and you could put a Thick Banded Belt in your waist slot. Both options will cost about the same amount but the FBSS option will likely be a little cheaper now but only slightly. If you go with the SCHW you will already have a belt item you will not have to replace and you can pick up the Kobold Bone Gauntlets or Crystal Chitin Gauntlets for fairly cheap after you complete swiftwind.
