mainhand: ((damage * 2 + damage bonus) / delay)

offhand: ((skill+level)/500)*(damage/ delay)

using that your best setup is 10/18 + 12/20. They're all really close tho.

And once you get swiftwind 12/20 will be the best bet for primary hand.
