She has her femur extended @ hip and pelvis tilted, so of course that left hock is going to be situated unfavorably. Also the lack of an external protuberance along the posterior ilium helps to keep her from looking obese. And honestly that higher/outer curve isn't where Irene Verasio excels, where she is truly special is that lower middle region where she is packed together like a woman 2 times her weight.
