Contrary to the alleged assumption that those who have misgivings with their assigned birth sex are morally bankrupt deviants most closely akin to "wearing a fur suit in public", an inherently preposterous postulate and one wholely responsible for any enmity I hold towards its author, not all misgendered individuals, once realigned with a subjectively more congruent external appearance, manifest a horrifying visage inducing a palpable sense of loathing and disgust. Quite the opposite. A select few are quite comely and having met one willing to engage in consentual intercourse, I would, at present, deliberate agreeing to avail myself to his or her companionship for the course of an evening.
