The left isnt "edgy" anymore and comes across forced and controlling the way they tried to portray christians and conservatives in the 80s and 90s. The right is regaining that edge thanks to no fucks being given over PC bullshit. The only time the left is "funny" is when it reaches into its bag of 1 trick and pulls out the "lets make fun of the rich, whites, and christians" shtick.
