Whatever cult obligations they observe doesn't really affect me unless i wanted their shit on a sunday (i don't), i don't care one way or the other about this. i don't care one way or the other that they are a cult based organization. in-n-out is also a cult based organization, with many similarities, but i eat there no problem. in fact, because i know they see "freshness" or whatever as a cult based obligation, i actually trust them to follow through more on that "promise," similar to a halal butcher.
what you don't see is in-n-out and halal butcheries spending money and posturing in such ways as to actively further the oppression of marginalized people. we
