I take resist gear very seriously as a monk, try to get to 255 cap without bard buffs for pulling purposes (except for MR, not sure that is possible without some BiS or NTov stuff).

I keep a haste item on my waist, for slots I don't list I plan on just using SS / Kael armor for minor resists

For MR I use:

Kedge Mask (still need, plan on getting... have the JC +4 mr mask now)

Starmetal Ore for range (ignore weight on the wiki, its wrong. Only 1.7 stone)
Pickled Wyvern for food (+3 MR)


For Cold/Fire I use:

Shiverback-Hide armbands (still trying to pickup)

I don't worry about Disease resists at present, but for Poison Resist I have a decent suit, but plan to focus on getting the PoM flower. It has a +50 PR buff that stacks with DMF and Poison resist. This gives you +160 PR with buffs, making the rest easy. I seen on boards people selling for 10k which includes a coth.

I am currently using stuff like Carrion Beetle leggings, Electrum Mask, Spectral Shroud, and Gnomish Environmental Suit until I get the PoM Flower.
