I don't know either of the two players so I can't say anything about them but I will leave this comment...
A level 60 Ranger who has been camping Hadden for days? The earring sells in the tunnel for like 2-3K. Go buy it!
I'm sure a level 60 Ranger can make a few thousand in less than a day and not waste all that time, hoping the right spawn pops.
