My favorite part of this video is when he randomly turns knobs that don't do anything and the fact that 90% of his sound is coming from his iPod. He's almost like those DJ's who put on a fruity loops mix and randomly press buttons and hold their headphones to one ear pretending like they're "into it" and doing something musically besides just pressing mix & play

If only you knew about actual audio engineering.
What he's doing is playing the several .wav files from his computer into his pad and then improving all his music, while singing. His computer doesn't have just a song playing on a loop; it is upwards of 12-20 different tracks of different instruments and sounds that he manually controls via his computer and on his pad.
Not to mention that all those tracks are usually for just one song. so his catalog would be up near the 100s for a full album. Not to mention those 100s of tracks are instruments that he laid down on his own for each separate track.
Sorry, but I enjoy people's intelligence and technical work. Anything that is just a guitar and amp and a snare drum bore me to death. Especially when its nothing more than 4 chords. What this guy is doing is literally years ahead of its time. This is what will replace DJing.
