Innothule is a good spot that should be 'relatively' easy up to 8-10. Assuming you've zoned in from Grobb, the troll city, simply hug the right wall until you're close to Guk. Pull stuff there. Don't move into the swamp unless you're with more or the roamers and respawns will simply swamp (harhar) you. Eventually you'll figure out where mobs spawn, where you can expect roamers and all that.
The magical cloth the frogloks drop sells oh so nicely, so I'd advise to stay. Also, reguarly do a /who as there's lots of traffic of people going to Guk. Try and steal some buffs of of em
