Not to be mean but if someone can't make it past lvl 7 in East Commonlands on this server then convincing him to play again is just going to waste his time.
This is obviously not the game for him, just wait till his group wipes in Guk and breaks up leaving his corpse down there.
There are so many more frustrating things then getting to level 7 in this game...
