Oblivious. I don't eat much sugar, not on a daily basis anyway other than the piles of it already in marketed foods. One or two of those little C&H bags will last me almost a year hehe. So I don't use substitutes. I even enjoy my coffee black and unsweetened tea. I just cant keep chocolate in the house or I scarf it down. I use to drink those sodas with aspartame, but not for like 10yrs now.
