Sure, but we at least win SOME of the time. In fact, the US has won (French and Indian War (again, everyone beats the French), War of Independence, War of 1812, Mexican War, Spanish-American War, WW 1, WW 2, Korea, Iraq 1) a lot more than we have lost (Vietnam, Iraq 2 (nominally a win, but c'mon)).
