Victimization surveys indicate black people commit more crimes, disproportionate to the population difference. In other words, if you ask the victims of crime, they indicate they've been victims of crime by blacks at a rate disproportionate to black population. (

They recently started publishing the data (they've always been tracking it, just not publishing) but I can't find the 2015 data atm)
